Registrations can only be made online from your personal  QilinGong account .  Do not pay before booking!

Camp attending options

1. Online Qigong Retreat 2023 – Zoom. This refers to the fact that participation in the event is online only. Registration is done from your QilinGong account, choosing the Online-Zoom option.
   Price: 260 EUR
   Meeting ID & Password for access to the zoom sessions will be received by e-mail on the 16th of August at 2 pm (GMT+3) only after you had made the payment and sent the scanned GDPR Agreement (only if not sent before for previous events).
   
   
2. Attending in person. This refers to the fact that participation in all three practice sessions will take place physically - together  with the Master and his trainers, together with the entire group of practitioners.

Accommodation options

You can choose to stay at Hotel Piatra Craiului*** / Bucegi*** or to book for your own, separate accommodation. Check the prices below.

Registration is done from your QilinGong  account, choosing the option Hotel Piatra Craiului 3***,  Hotel Bucegi 3*** or No Accommodation.

There are 2 types of double rooms: with 2 beds or with a matrimonial bed (with separate quilts), triple rooms consisting of a matrimonial bed and a single bed, any of which can be transformed into a single room.

* prices include: qigong practice, half–board accomodation, farewell party, travel agency fees, VAT.

NOTE. Access to wellness services (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi) and other recreational activities are subject to a fee.

2. Accommodation on your own (alternative option) - 100 EUR - pre-payment not later than 1st August!

Please Note!  Fill in the double room and make sure you will not be charged the fees for a single room.  (the same for a triple room)

IMPORTANT!!!  Due to the instability of the current international situation (the various crises) and taking into account the price increases for raw materials, it is possible, exceptionally, to increase the costs for meal services, not more than €20/per stay (for all 11 days). This situation will be communicated by July 15, 2023

NOTE

• The Options available for the Qigong Retreat of this year represent retreat packages. You can only make a booking for the whole duration of the retreat (not for a certain number of days) and there are no separate prices per service.
• The allocation of rooms in Hotel Piatra Craiului***/ Bucegi*** will be made in the order of arrival.
  The room number communicated to you by e-mail when booking, is only an internal code (e.g. H4*-D-C8 L1). You will receive the actual room number at the reception desk when you check in.
• Please fill up double or triple rooms so that you do not have to pay for single rooms.
• The deposit is only payable after you have booked your places online (only by bank transfer, postal order is not accepted).
