REGISTRATIONS & DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS

Registrations are confirmed by making the advance payment/ deposit on time.

The bank transfer fees are to be paid by the participant.

For payment, three situations are distinguished, depending on the type of attending and/ or accommodation chosen by participants:

  1. Accommodation in Hotel Piatra Craiului*** / Bucegi*** payment will be made in not more than 2 instalments (to Bucharest Qigong Association), as follows: 
  • The pre-payment, by bank transfer, within 5 working days from  the online registration  and not later than 1st of August 2023.
  • The rest of the amount will be paid cash, upon arrival.  
  1. For Self – accommodation (on their own), a deposit of 100 €/pers. will be paid in max. 5 days after online registration, no later than 1st of August 2023.
  2. Online Zoom attendance – the 260 EUR will be paid fully 2 working days before the start of the Camp to the Asociatia de Qigong Bucuresti (details below).

ABOUT PAYMENT

  1. PAYMENT IN 2 INSTALMENTS

Payment deadline for the deposit (pre-payment) is within 5 working days after the online registration and the amount depends on the type of accommodation booked for (see the Note).

  1. Not later than 1st of August.
  2. The rest will be paid cash upon arrival.

Note.  According to the type of accommodation, either in Hotel Piatra Craiului*** / Bucegi*** or on your own, the pre-payment is at least:

  • 975 € / pers if the booking is in a single room
  • 660 € / pers if the booking is in a double room
  • 590 € / pers if the booking is in a triple room
  • 100 € / pers if you booked your own accommodation
  1. FULL PAYMENT

Payment will be made - Not later than 1st of August 2023.

ONLINE ZOOM

Full payment of the amount of 260 EUR will be paid to ASOCIATIA DE QIGONG BUCURESTI (payment details below).

 

  IMPORTANT!!!!

  1. 1. Registrations are confirmed by making the advance payment/ deposit on time.
  2. On the payment document (under payment details) you will mention: Qigong participant - name of the person (for whom the payment is made) and the type of room (single, double, triple) or Online Zoom.

  4. If you register after the deadline for payment of an instalment has passed, you will also pay the previous instalment(s).
  5. After registration, for those staying in Hotel Piatra Craiului*** / Bucegi***, the respective instalment will be paid within 5 days after registration, without exceeding the term of the instalment. Otherwise, the room reservation may be cancelled by the Hotel.
  6. Participants with accommodation on their own will pay to the Qigong Association a deposit of € 100/ pers within 5 days from the online booking, not later than 1st August 2023.
  7. It is possible, exceptionally, that the prices mentioned above get increased by not more than €20/per stay (for all 11 days).

 After 1st of August, any amount transferred by bank to the Qigong Association (except for Online Zoom)  will not be taken into consideration.  It will be returned (minus fees).
