Information: This year, the QilinGong summer retreat  will take place in a very special place in Romania, at Cheile Gradistei a wonderful area situated on the  mountain top,  just between two spectacular mountains:  Bucegi and Piatra Craiului.

There, in the very heart of the mountains, we can enjoy peace and quiet and excellent conditions in a simple, alpine-style hotel complex – Fundata Resort. Access to this place, 35 km from Brasov, 13 km from the legendary Bran Castle and 5 km from the resort of Moieciu, is only via the Grădiștei Moieciu Gorge, on a private road.

Located at an altitude of 1300 m, the resort is in the middle of a spectacular landscape. From here, you can admire 2 mountain massifs, you can perceive their grandeur and this makes you meditate on what could actually mean,   to be stable like a mountain... as this is what you will learn in one of the qigong techniques that are taught in this retreat.

Qigong:   Every early morning we will meet for an outdoors Qigong practice session under the direct guidance of Master Lin Kai Ting, right on the lawn nearby the hotel. Master will teach various exercises and techniques, the main focus being on  Yi Jin Jing   or  Muscle/ Tendon Changing Qigong Exercise.

During the other two daily qigong sessions, you will learn and practice high techniques and deep meditation. You will receive life-changing teachings from Master Lin Kai Ting. You will discover that Qigong actually means a way and a philosophy of life,  a new lifestyle!

Live Streaming & Video Recordings. All practice sessions will be live - online on zoom.us. Video recordings of all the qigong practice sessions will also be available.

The Meeting ID & Password for access to the zoom sessions will be received by e-mail on the 23rd of August, only after payment is fulfilled and the scanned GDPR Agreement is sent (unless you have previously provided it).

This time, there will be no special healing meditations.

Qigong practice does not replace medical treatment, it is not a miraculous healing, it is a physical and mental activity that is taught through specialized courses, and to obtain the expected results it needs to be practiced on a daily basis.

The upper limit of age  for QilinGong practitioners, is 75 years old
