All the conditions below must be met in order to participate in this event (International Qigong Retreat, Cheile Gradistei, Romania, 2023)

Health conditions required for participation in QilinGong activities

People who are able to perform physical effort of medium intensity may participate.

There are health conditions for which participation in QilinGong activities is not indicated and therefore those suffering from the following conditions are not to participate:

  • psychosis
  • advanced serious illness (cancer, kidney failure, liver failure)
  • contagious diseases
  • severe heart disease (heart and respiratory failure, myocardial infarction, arterial or valvular stenosis, those with pacemakers, prosthetic valves, implanted valves, etc.)
  • pregnant women after the 4th month of pregnancy

Required documents

  • QilinGong account - if you have not participated in QilinGong activities before, you can create your account here ;
  • GDPR agreement - you can download it here and send it signed (scan or photo after the original) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (if you have already sent it, this step is not necessary)
  • Health Declaration  under signature - download here
  • Health certificate, with the signature and signature of the family doctor (medical consultation is mandatory to participate in qigong practice) - download here

The validity of these 2 documents is 2 months from the date of issue (so both documents must be issued after 15th of June 2023).

Both forms will be handed in in original on the first day of the camp and will be stamped by the federation doctor after a short interview. (being sent in advance by e-mail - compulsory!) 

People who express their desire to practice qigong in the school of Master Lin Kai Ting, with the registration (online) to any of the activities organized by qigong associations / sports clubs members of the National Qigong Federation of Romania, will be granted the status of supporting member, on a provisional basis, (for a period of 3 months), in the organizing association or in the one located near the place of residence.

In order to become a full contributing member of the association, an application form must be submitted, which can be downloaded from your personal QilinGong account (Download section).

The upper age limit for practitioners is 75 years old.
