Cancellation conditions 

In case of cancellation of your booking, depending on the date of your written notice, there are 2 situations:

      - Before 15th  July ac., this amount is refunded, minus bank fees & any charges paid for the first day of service.

      - After 15th  July, in addition to the above, a penalty of 30% of the pre-payment will be applied

IMPORTANT:

Due to the instability of the current international situation (various crises) and taking into account the price increases for raw materials, there is a possibility that by 15 July, the price might be increased by a maximum of € 20 (for all 11 days).   However, in cae of cancellation of the event due to new official regulations, the amounts paid by you will be refunded, except for bank commissions and other charges of approx. € 50.
