Information: This time, QilinGong Summer retreat will take place in a beautiful location: Sovata, a unique mountain resort and spa, situated in the Salty Land at the foothills of Oriental Carpathians, just where the mountains descend towards Transilvania. The place is famous for its helio-thermal, salty waters with special therapeutic effects.  In the middle of the resort there is the lake Ursu (meaning - the Bear) – 46,000 sqm - one of the largest salty lakes in Europe. The lake presents a specific phenomenon:  deeper one immerses into the its waters, higher is the temperature. Thus, in the summer time, there are temperatures of 400 – 500 C at 1.5 – 2m depth. Quite near, about 6 km away, there is the big Salty Mine of Praid. We can visit it together!

Every day there'll be an early morning Qigong practice lead by the Master himself, just on the shore of Ursu lake Master will teach some special methods and techniques, the central one being Yi Jin Jing, known as the Tendons Transforming Technique or Changing Tendons Exercise.

The retreat is open to everyone. Are you an old QilinGong practitioner or a first  time participant, have you heard about qigong before or not, are you a child, a teenager or an adult, in this camp you will have the unique opportunity to step in the wonder-world of qigong, lead by a true Master.

The two or three sessions of practice you will have dayly include qigong movements, meditation and as well as Master’s lectures on various and extremely interesting subjects, about LIFE.  This retreat is a special opportunity. A chance to be near Master Lin Kai Ting and practice QilinGongunder his guidance and qi.
